In 2023 we set up a hardship fund that people (who we know and have a relationship with) can apply to for help with financial burdens. Life can be tough and sometimes a bit of help goes a really long way.

We have a short application form where we ask people to detail what they are struggling to pay for. We also ask basic details about where you live, who is in your household, what (if any) income or benefits you have etc etc. We might ask you to pay what you can afford and we'll cover the rest. This tends to be 25% of the total cost but this shouldn't be a reason you don't apply - we'll treat each application on an individual basis. We are able to pay invoices (if agreed before work is carried out), buy items online for you, pay over the phone for services you need, have a home delivery of shopping sent to you, and such like.

We do not take requests for cash, cheques or gift cards.

We are not able to pay for things retrospectively.
