Since the opening of the Community Fridge, this a question that we have been asked time and time again. The simple answer, 'Yes'. All the food that passes through the fridge was destined for landfill; all of the good food would be otherwise wasted.
The fridge is a way that food can be used by any one of you. You can visit the fridge whether you find yourself in food poverty, whether you have forgotten your lunch that day, whether you fancy picking yourself up a nice cream cake or whether you believe in helping the environment by reducing food waste. We are ready to welcome you all to come and take some free food, yes really, free food!
